Dealing with commercial Oracle Java is a long story (since end of 2018).
Since 2022r2 version, FNMS propose exclusion path for embedded Java.
This function works only when there are no installer evidence - IE - (only file evidence FE), as described.
The problem is that in IE, you may have ones with type = "Java" which may come only from FE (nothing is installed !), and then exclusion is not working.
The solution is: Flexera will soon remove "Java" type in ARL, but customer have to ignore local type "Java" IE that prevent to exclude embedded evidences.
