Solved: Flexera One: Customizing

Hi,

Can anyone (from Flexera) answer me bindingly if and what customizings are available in Flexera One, specifically IT Asset Management?

Custom Fields
Custom SQL-based Reports

If it's possible, what would the process be to have such things implemented? Are there any limitations?

Just like with FNMS Cloud, Custom Fields can be added to ITAM by sending a request to Technical Support.

Since ITAM is a hosted SaaS architecture, access to the SQL layer is not available. If there is a report that is needed that cannot be created with Report Builder or Analytics, then your option is to use the published Rest APIs to extract the data you need and then use a tool such as Power BI, Tibco, or Tableau. While the APIs are limited today, they are being expanded over time.
