AWS has made Flexera aware of a change to the AWS Cost and Usage Report (CUR). The Premium Support line item has changed from 'OCBPremiumSupport' to 'AWSSupportEnterprise '. This change is reflected in the AWS Bill Data in Flexera One using the Service, Resource Type, Line Item Type Dimensions.
This change will impact the Cloud Dashboards, Bill Adjustments, Rule Based Dimensions and Automation Policies. Any of the features that have customization for the Premium Support cost will need to be changed using the new name. The Service or Resource Type dimensions can be used to explore your costs or make adjustments to your bill for the Premium Support cost.
