Details of Windows Docker containers do not appear in the web UI, even if the agent has been configured to gather Docker container details.
Details
This issue occurs because the agent on Windows does not gather a key data element that is required in order to track and display Windows docker container information. In particular, a “container image ID” value identifying the container image is not gathered.
This issue does not affect Docker containers on Linux.
Fix status
This issue has been fixed in the following FlexNet Manager Suite releases: 2022 R1.4 / Aug 2022 (Cloud), 2022 R2 (On Premises)
