Known Issue: Purchase total value does not update in reports after exchange rate is changed unless the purchase record is opened and saved (IOJ-2241648)
Summary
When a currency exchange rate is changed, reports created previously using the report builder may not have the monetary amount totals adjusted based on the updated exchange rate.
Addition details
Opening an affected purchase order in the UI and clicking the Save button will force the report data to be updated.
Reproduction steps
Create an exchange rate on the System Defaults page.
Create a purchase order with a monetary amount using the created exchange rate.
Using the report builder, create a report using the Purchase object.
Note that the Total price is shown in the report in your default currency, and is converted correctly based on the exchange rate at this point.
Update the value of the exchange rate used in the purchase order.
Go to the All Purchases view and note that the Total price has been updated.
Re-run the report created earlier and note that the Total price has not been updated in the report.
Open the purchase from the All Purchases view and click the Save button.
Re-run the report earlier and note that the Total price has now been updated to the expected value based on the updated exchange rate.
