The timestamps on the "Deleted Instance" events due to this issue are typically a few minutes before the "Created Instance" events.
Users who happen to view data from the system while the inventory reconciliatoin process is running may notice that Oracle Database instances are not reported or shown in the UI for a short period of time, before they reappear.
There is no known workaround to this behavior.
This issue has been fixed in the following FlexNet Manager Suite release: 2022 R1 / April 2022 (Cloud)
