Details
A custom report must always be manually run through the UI after it has been configured before the reportsExecute API can be called. This is to ensure that various details about the report which are determined and configured when it is run through the web UI are available for when the API is called.
When some types of Flexera One IT Asset Management maintenance activity occurs, these details may be removed. If the report is not run in the web UI prior to the API being called again after the maintenance activity has been performed then the API may fail as described above.
Workaround
Use the web UI to execute reports that are executed through the API after Flexera One IT Asset Management maintenance activity is performed.

Fix status
This issue is under consideration to be addressed in a future FlexNet Manager Suite release.
