In some environments when setting up the required roles for FNMS and SAP, in the SAP Admin Module, the SAP security team may have naming conventions that they adhere to that differ from those specified in the Flexera documentation.
Unfortunately, should a customized role be configured for the /LICMAN/SATELLITE role with a different name you will get an error message regarding authorizations saying that /LICMAN/SATELLITE is not in place. Even through the role will appear to be working and you are able to get data from the connected SAP systems.
This is a bug with the implementation and the workaround is to name the role as directed in the documentation.
