Agent logs help Flexera’s technical support team to diagnose your issue quickly. If you’ve entered a support case, the support team may request you send over an agent log. The most common logs requested are the tracker.log, the usageagent.log, and the uploader.log.
To locate agent logs
For processes invoked using the SYSTEM identity, logs are located at C:\Windows\Temp\ManageSoft.
For processes invoked as a named user, logs are located at C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Temp\ManageSoft.
On Unix-like operating systems
Agent logs are located at /var/opt/managesoft/log.
