Summary
This article describes how to set up "License Server Administrator" users on FlexNet Manager for Engineering Applications.
Synopsis
1. Please login to the FlexNet Manager for Engineering Applications web console as "admin".
2. Add license servers that need to be managed.
3. Add a new user and grant "License Server Adinistrator" role on the user.
4. Define a new "License Server Admin Set" in the [Access] - [License Server Admin Set] page.
5. Assign lincense servers and users to the license server admin set. Assigned users can manage license servers in the list.
6. Login as the user defined at 3) and check if the user can see the license servers in the license server admin set defined at 5).
Discussion
"License Server Administrator" users are unable to see any license server status until a license server admin set is defined and the users are associated to the license servers in the license server admin set.
