When selecting Business Importer in the FlexNet Beacon, the error below will be displayed if the CustomDDI folder isn't in C:\ProgramData\Flexera Software\Beacon on the FlexNet Manager Suite application server:
No local import configuration for business imports could be found
When this occurs, the Beacon Engine Log in C:\ProgramData\FlexeraSoftware\Compliance\Logging\BeaconEngine shows the error below:
Downloading item 'business-importer-ibm-customddi' using URI https://cepfnmsdevmgr01.iis.amadeus.net/inventory-beacons/api/download/business-importer-ibm-customddi
Error downloading business adapter configuration.
Flexera.SaaS.Transport.Core.ComplianceApiFatalException: Could not download item from https://cepfnmsdevmgr01.iis.amadeus.net/inventory-beacons/api/download/business-importer-ibm-customddi . Server returned 'Internal Server Error'
