FNMS introduces the timer setting for ActiveDirectoryImport on beacon server. The below online document provides more details:

Preference name: ActiveDirectoryImporter
The ConnectionTimeout and RequestTimeout values can be used to adjust the timeouts for 'making connections' and 'completing requests' respectively.
By default the values are:
- RequestTimeout = 30;
- ConnectionTimeout = 30;
Increasing them to around 300 or so (especially for request) will help in large enterprises where the data gathering takes a long time.
