how does the older version of Flexera agent work

Hi Forum,

We have servers with 2003 OS and trying to install older version of agent(9.2) to get them report to flexera. We have installed the agent but the folders created after installing the agent is different compared to the latest agents and can someone help how the older version of agent funtions and if there is any documentation to understand the same and resolve the issues we are having.

@winvarma - I am not sure you need to go that far back.  If you look at the documentation for FNMS 2021 R1, support for Windows Server 2003 is shown, but only if one of the official "Service Packs" has been installed (SP1 or SP2).
