Virtual Devices and clusters page not populating data

Hi Forum,

Using EU cloud instance and the Virtual Devices and clusters page not populating data and throwing an error code and is it an instance specific issue or anyone else on EU cloud facing the same issue.

If this is not a common issue will log a support request.

The raised issue has been resolved with the support case and got update that "The cause was related to a pending hot-fix that had not received the pre-requisite changes prior to deployment."

Hi,

On-Prem you could check the webui.log files. In your case, please open a support ticket.

Is it only you facing such issue or any other user ?

Have you checked on a different browser if it shows the similar error message?

Thanks for the quick revert on this and all the users having access to the instance are facing the same issue and tried in all possible browsers.

Have loged a support case anyways.
