We upgraded the FNMS system to 2022R2 on-prem about a month ago. I recently notice that our SCCM for EUDs is uploading to the APP server but the import stay pending on the import into staging. The SCCM connection is not in test mode and I also check this on the DB side using a SQL query. I have another SCCM upload for servers and it upload and complete successful. I am at a lost.

I don't know if it would be possible to set up and configure the failing SCCM integration from scratch, but if not you may want to contact Flexera Support for troubleshooting guidance.
