Protocol error (s107m858) while running mgspolicy command

Hi Team,

We ran mgspolicy command to download the policy from the beacon server. Whilst we do that, we received an error  (s107m858), Error 0xE0500006: Protocol not supported.

We have checked the port connectivity (80,443) to the beacon server, it was fine.

We have restarted the Flexera service and re-ran the mgspolicy but still, we encountered the same error.

I have attached the screenshot of the error!

Can someone assist us with this?

Please see the following Community Post that describes the same symptom.

The root cause here was an older version of Windows Server there the TLS Protocol was disabled.
