Welcome to the world of FNMS!
You can find beacon logs in subdirectories under the
C:\ProgramData\Flexera Software\Compliance\Logging directory on the beacon. Take a look through the various directories there, and look at the latest files (sort by timestamp) to get familiar with them.
I would guess that you're likely to find an indication of what is going wrong here in the
BeaconEngine log files.
