Is there a location to download the latest version of esxquery.exe?

Since esxquery doesn't seem to be included in the on-premise installation and can only be found in older posts, is there a standard location we can go to to make sure we have the latest version?

I believe the latest and greatest is attached to the VMware stand-alone inventory agent for FlexNet Manager Suite KB article.
