Import users Email Address to FNMS with Active Directory Import
Hi, quite new to FlexNet.
We are trying to find a way to import the 'mail' field in AD into FNMS, I'm guessing this is a custom rule, but I don't where to start, is anyone able to help push me in the right direction?
We have 2019 and beacon setup with an AD import but this does bring in the email address for the user which is what we require.

A business adapter can be configured to import email details from Active Directory. Here are some discussion threads which touch on importing data from Active Directory using a business adapter:
