IBM MQ inventory was unsuccessful

Some of the FNMS agents in my environment just stopped reporting any new inventory. When I look at the tracker.log I notice the log file ended with IBM MQ inventory was unsuccessful either because it is not installed or there was an error. No more entries after that. The date stamp of the tracker.log is the same as the last inventory date in FNMS. Is this failure causing the FNMS agent to stop collecting inventory?

When we did the auto-upgrade on the agents in January the upgrade broke our agents. It went through an uninstall, removed some registry keys that it shouldn't have, and couldn't install the new agent. This is a known bug. And just when we thought the auto-upgrade was working smoothly. We have a case open now with support. Really frustrating that Flexera keeps breaking something that works.
