We have a large database that can take hours to migrate prior to FNMS upgrade....We have the DB migration piece in a Batch, and use a scheduled task that we kick off so that it doesn't run interactively and will use the same service account that runs the daily jobs. Works like a champ and we don't have to worry about GPO timeouts kicking us off the server in the middle of the migration.
