File Evidence not showing up in Application Installations

Hi All, 

Appreciate any assistance. We have an application that is not currently in the ARL. We have created a new application and added the file evidence to the application. The unique part is that the file executable is located in the Appdata folder of each user account.  (i.e. the folder location of each executable is different as the path includes to unique user LAN ID) 

We can see that the file evidence shows matches for each version.

When we perform a reconciliation the installations are still 0.

Any suggestions on why the installations is 0, when the evidence matched count is > 0

Solution was to set each file evidence records is set to "at least one"

What is on the "Installer Evidence" tab of this application?  If there are entries there, then at least 1 of those must be a match in addition to the File Evidence that you have added.
