Hi All,

Please help us whether TLS 1.2 will enable in the server, and this is not updated in the Client server where FNMEA agent is installed. this will affect the communication between client and servers.

Our FNMEA Admin servers are not communication with FLEXLM license servers, and all the agent summary is showing down status.

Please help us on this issue.

I can see that you seem to have got this resolved through Flexera Support, but in general FNMEA supports TLS 1.0,1.1 and 1.2 provided the network/server settings for all machines are configured correctly. Please share the resolution with this forum if you think that others would benefit from it.

Some certificate issue case the problem. After updated the certificates issue got resolved.
