I am working with an OnPrem FNM 2020 R1 and we are trying to connect to ServiceNow to do both Imports and Exports. From what we can see, we are able to connect to ServiceNow, Generate the tokens, and start the import process. However, all of the Import and Export jobs appear to be stuck in a waiting state.
We updated all of the Import and Export jobs to run as the FNMS.Admin role in ServiceNow. I am looking for some hints to figure out why ServiceNow is stuck "waiting" and we cannot get past that. Thanks in advance for any help.

I would suggest reviewing the documentation here:
and if the issue still exists, raise a support call. Flexera Support will get to the bottom of this no problem - this is a long-standing integration that many customers use.
Given the limited information provided I believe this may be likely down to security protocols and otherwise stopping communications from occurring.
