Current situation regarding REST API

Hello, I have found the following references regarding a FNMS REST API:

I have a few questions:

• Is there a REST API for FNMS On Premise?
• Is there a REST API for our customers to use  where they can retrieve technical data (such as security information, lists of computers, lists of user logins etc...)

I don't work for Flexera but I'm pretty sure there's no on-prem API available for FNMS.
