Citrix Virtual Apps import

Hi,

Running the Xenapp server agent from the delivery controller which seems to be working ok

I can see the published apps (created to test the import) in the Compliance database.

Unfortunately we are actually publishing a complete desktop with apps installed - these are not being reported

Is the Citrix import working as it should?

Is there anything that can bring in the published desktop?

Thanks

@Smitty986 - There is a separate Inventory Connector for Citrix Virtual Desktop.  Basically, you need to run a 1-time agent scan on each golden image and import that into FNMS/ITAM.  Then, you connect to the Citrix Broker Server to get the access list of which user has access to which VDI Templates/Images.  Each of these relationships is created as a Remote Device showing the full inventory of software installed on your VDI Desktop Image.

Yes, it is generally the same for FlexNet Manager Suite (on premises).

Here is a link to the equivalent documentation for the FlexNet Manager Suite 2022 R1 release: https://docs.flexera.com/FlexNetManagerSuite2022R2/EN/InvAdapConn/index.html#adapters/VDI-Adapters/topics/Adp-Overview.html
