Is it possible to change the name of a field in FNMS? My customer would like to change the field name under Purchase Properties from Invoice Number to Task Order Number and Invoice Date to Task Order Date.

Sorry, but field names cannot be changed.
You could create new Custom Fields with the names that you want, instead of using existing fields.

Thanks @kclausen . I tested this and it works great, but do you know if you can add a custom property under an existing tab? So instead of the custom property being located under the tab "Custom Properties" could this field be added under Financial? Alternately, can the Custom Properties tab be renamed to something more meaningful?

Yes @dbeckner. Please look at the FlexNet Manager System Reference Guide and the chapter on creating Custom Fields. You can add parameters to the Stored Procedure when creating a custom field and add your new custom field after an existing field.

@kclausen Thanks for information. This is exactly what we are looking for.
