Check List for Use Console failed in initialize solution step

If User Console Configure Wizard fails at "Initialize Solution" step, please log a support case with the following files-

• Data Platform/logs
• User Console/Logs
• NBI.Configuration.config
• Norm.Configuration.config
• %NORMALIZE_BI_HOME%\Solution\system\applicationContext-security-ldap.properties
• %NORMALIZE_BI_HOME%\Tools\Tomcat\conf\server.xml
• %NORMALIZE_BI_HOME%\Solution\system\server.properties
• %NORMALIZE_BI_HOME%\Tools\Tomcat\webapps\bdna\META-INF\context.xml
• If the UC Service can start, open below urls after logon User Console, give us the result of fail or success and the screenshot
