Hi Team,
We have integrated FDP with Servicenow. We are recently facing the issue like our normalization job got failed with process servicnow export failed.
In the error activity message we can see perform a manual cleanup from servicenow side, could you please let me know what is the benefit of performing the cleanup. I have attached error screenshot. Please assist

The error could be an indication that there either was heavy load on the API or it wasn't available. Have you been able to check on the ServiceNow side?
Also, please be aware that there's a newer version 5.0.854 of the ScopedApp available in the ServiceNow store: Flexera Integration
