Flexera Integration App - Export Properties not found

Hi, 

I have installed the latest Flexera Integration app in ServiceNow Vancouver. Has anybody seen a "Record not found" message when trying to access the Export Properties?

@JohnSorensenDK, these were the steps provided by Flexera:

  1. Go to Scripted REST API
  2. Click Flexera Integration
  3. Click Can-Export (v2)
  4. Select Explore REST API
  5. Click Add header
  6. Call the header 'flexera_client_type' and the value something like 'DataPlatform'
  7. Re-run the ServiceNow job from Data Platform"

 

 

My customer found a different way to resolve this issue. These are the steps:

  1. In ServiceNow, search for "x_fls_flexera_fnms_export_properties.list" in the navigation menu. 
  2. In the Export properties list, click the New button. This will create the Export properties form.
