How to Open a Case with Support

If your account is tied to a company with a maintenance contract, you have permissions to open new support cases and view your previously submitted support cases.

Opening a Support Case

To open a support case:

  1. Log in to the Revenera Community.
  2. Open the Get Support menu, located near the middle of the screen, and select Open New Case.

Viewing Existing Support Cases

To view existing support cases:

  1. Log in to the Revenera Community.
  2. Open the Get Support menu, located near the middle of the screen, and select Case Portal.
