How to Open a Case with Support
If your account is tied to a company with a maintenance contract, you have permissions to open new support cases and view your previously submitted support cases.
Opening a Support Case
To open a support case:
- Log in to the Revenera Community.
- Open the Get Support menu, located near the middle of the screen, and select Open New Case.
Viewing Existing Support Cases
To view existing support cases:
- Log in to the Revenera Community.
- Open the Get Support menu, located near the middle of the screen, and select Case Portal.
