A product defect may be seen in the App Portal, where the scheduling time is set as UTC time zone with a local time stamp. If your local time zone is ahead of the UTC zone, this may cause a software installation delay.
Example
When a deployment test was created at AEST time 3:52 PM, the corresponding deployment created on SCCM shows UTC -- 3:52 PM, which means it will happen ten hours later than expected.
Workaround
- Manually correct the date in the SCCM Deployment.
- Wait until the next day before using a catalog item for the first time.
