Remedy Integration - ITSM operations failing after Remedy DB refresh
Our customer recently conducted a DB refresh in their Remedy environment. Since then we cannot create new records. We are receiving an error "Error while performing ITSM operations Exception has been thrown by the target of an invocation. Error (8790). Unknown system error; java.lang.NoSuchMethodError: com.bmc.arsys.mapping.domain.binding.rpc.AbstractRpcDomainConverter.fromRpc....."

There could be a few different reasons for the ARERR 8790 on the Remedy side. The ARServer.log and arplugin.log on the remedy side should help diagnose the issue. You can also have them enable server side API, SQL and filter logging on the remedy side and that should help narrow down the issue if there is workflow and/or a mapping issue with the web service itself. Do you know what version of Remedy the client is using?
