Upon the release of Workflow Manager 2020 Update 1, a new column, Display name, was introduced in the Account Administration grid. This column shows the usernames of imported Active Directory users. Follow the steps below to show the display name.
- After the catalog is upgraded to the current version, launch Workflow Manager.
- Navigate to Settings > Account & Groups > Choose Columns to display option.
- From the Column chooser window, drag Account name and place it in the Account Administration grid.
- Navigate to Settings > Directory Services > Click on the name of the Directory Service connection.
- On the Edit Directory Service Connection page, click the Sync button.
Once the sync is complete, navigate to Settings > Account & Groups. The Display name column is updated with the usernames of existing Active Directory users.
The dashboard Active Directory usernames under Open Issues and Request Assignments are updated to their corresponding display names.
