Password Change Notification Enhancement
Introduces an email alert whenever a password is changed manually. This ensures users are immediately informed of any password updates, improving account visibility and enabling quick detection of unauthorized activity.
Multi-Factor Authentication Enhancement
Adds an extra layer of security by requiring a second verification step (e.g., one-time passcode or authentication app) during login. MFA is enforced by default for all users unless explicitly disabled, reducing the risk of unauthorized access even if passwords are compromised.
Access Control in Workflow Management
Implements permission checks in the Workflow Management API to ensure only authorized users can create or modify workflow rules. This prevents unauthorized changes and strengthens overall security between the UI and API.
