If you reproduce the error and look at Website.log, it should show you the detailed exception. If you can't determine the issue from the exception message, you'll likely want to open a case with Flexera Support and upload a copy of your server logs.
It's not a client-side log. You'll find it on the App Broker server with the other server logs. (by default C:\Program Files (x86)\Flexera Software\App Portal\Logs\website.log)

Appreciate the response mate. Can you tell me where can we find the website.log in the end user machine please?
