MSI and 64-bit Wrapper Executable

i have an MSI that I would like to wrap into an executable. I know that I have an option to create an executable within adminstudio using the repackager tool. my question is can i state the context that the wrapper executable will run in? either 32-bit or 64-bit?

At this point we only offer a 32-bit setup launcher, so that part of your installation will remain 32-bit. However this does not prevent the installation of a 64-bit Windows Installer package.
