Anyone using AdminStudio to automate QA of packages and sequences
Hi all, the packages from our packaging team need be carefully checked (naming conventions, FTAs, shortcuts on the desktop etc etc etc) according to our defined engineering standards.
QA checking is really costly in human effort but necessary to ensure a consistent quality output. Sometimes a major mistake is discovered.
The packages are made with AdminStudio.
We need to automate the checking to our exact specifications.
Anyone have experience of automated QA ?
We have budget to bring in external help if the person/company can really deliver.

This can be done by creating your own custom ACE Tests within the Application Manager.

There is also the possibility of creating VB / Powershell scripts that will do these checks for you.
