should I go somewhere else to get support? If this is the right forum for support, then could someone please give tips on how to ask questions? I have a problem. I asked a question. That question has not been answered. It does not seem like a hard question and I would think that an employee could give some advice and insight.

I know what you're feeling. I'm new to AdminStudio and I've encountered the same problems as you are. I suggest you visit the ISD7 forum which is much more interesting, what I've resigned to do
