What is Aggregation failure in ITSM connectors in SIM?
Dear all,
I have two ITSM connectors in my Snow Integration Manager, which is ServiceNow Catalog and ServiceNow CMDB. The Aggregation history of those two servers is showing as Aggregation Failed. Hence I can understand this is the reason for incorrect data populations in CMDB. But I am not sure how to get this issue resolved, So kindly guide me what are the actions needs to be taken from my side.
Note : Test connections between these connectors and SIM are successful.

I would first increase the logging level of the SIM to ALL to show everything that is going on. Then run an aggregation and review the contents of the log file (by default found here c:\Program Files\Snow Software\Logs\Snow Integration Manager). Any errors/warnings should give an indication of what is failing.
Raise a ticket with Snow, attaching the log file would also be a good option to get this resolved. 👍
Not sure if you are aware of the issue, that these connectors have to be licenses separately with the "ITSM Enhancer".
Then, for the ServiceNow connectors, there is also something that has to be done on the ServiceNow side.
