Snow Agent for Mac error
A question about the snow Agent for mac Clients. Our organization have succesfully deployed the agent to a lot of Macs, but for some machines it does not work. On the machines where the agent does not report in, we can see the agent installed at /opt/snow/snowagent We are using the latest agent Snow Inventory Agent 5.1 (Mac) Mac OS 10.12 Sierra when we try to Test the agent using Terminal and administrative rights (sudo snowagent test) we get the error: Segmentation Fault: 11 We have tried to Delete all installed files, data files, and temporary files with the following command lines: sudo rm –fR /opt/snow sudo rm /Library/LaunchDaemons/com.snowsoftware.Inventory.plist sudo rm /Library/LaunchDaemons/com.snowsoftware.Metering.plist and to manually reinstall the agent again, but receive same error again. Have any of you seen this behavior or have any comments?
