SaaS Custom Connectors Catalog & Implementation Guide

Flexera One SaaS Management supports a growing range of out-of-the-box connectors, but there are still cases where organizations need to work with SaaS applications that do not yet have a dedicated connector.

To help with those scenarios, we’ve put together the attached SaaS Custom Connectors Catalog & Implementation Guide. It provides example approaches for collecting SaaS user, usage, license and seat data using custom connectors and data imports, including API and CSV options, authentication patterns, pagination details, response examples, mapping considerations and known limitations. The goal is to give customers and partners a practical starting point for extending coverage to additional SaaS applications where suitable APIs, exports or reports are available.

These examples are intended as exploratory guidance and have not been fully tested or certified by Flexera.
