We’re pleased to introduce Ask Flexera, a new addition to the navigation designed to bring all intelligent assistants features into one central location.

With Ask Flexera , you can easily discover and access intelligent assistants across the platform. As part of this release, the following features are now available in one place:

• Data Explorer
• GraphQL Query Generator

You’ll have a single, convenient place to access powerful tools that help you explore data, generate insights, and streamline workflows.

This update simplifies navigation and makes it easier to find and use intelligent assistant tools when you need them.

Introducing Simplified Navigation

Release Date: Wed 17th June

We’re excited to introduce an enhanced Simplified Navigation Experience, designed to make it faster and easier to navigate the platform.

As part of this first phase, commonly used areas—such as Home, Dashboards, Reports, and Administration—are now grouped together at the top of the main navigation menu. This dedicated section features an updated visual design, helping you quickly access the tools you use most.

What’s Changed

• Key navigation items are now prioritised and easily accessible at the top of the menu.
• A clearer visual structure improves navigation and reduces time spent searching for core features.
• The rest of the navigation remains familiar and continues to be available below.

Why This Matters

This update is designed to help you work more efficiently by providing faster, more consistent access to the most important areas of the platform.
