  • Hi,

How many days do we have to wait for early access to be approved after requests?

  • Hi,

I have the same question. When can we expect access to be able to test the new version? I also don't remember seeing any communications on this part "The release was delayed due to a late-discovered issue in SUS. Expected delivery September 26".

  • What kind of "late-discovery issue in SUS" are we talking about? Did you find a bug or potential issue that could harm customer data? Just must be transparent and open around these things, don't hide them for your customers and partners.

  • Sebastiano Bonfiglio (Flexera Software)

We found an issue in the SUS Client that prevented the installation of the offline packages for the 25.1.0 releases. This has now been fixed with an update to the SUS client and the RTM release is now available, please sign up here if you want to get early access.

Any new request for early access will be processed within the next 24 hours on working days.

  • Thanks for clarifying. Any other issues reported from early adopters we should know about?

  • Snow License Manager requires Snow Inventory Server 25.1.0 or higher and Snow Inventory Server requires Snow License Manager 25.1.0 or higher. So which one needs to be upgraded first?

    • Sebastiano Bonfiglio (Flexera Software)

Hi @Jayasankar , the order in which these are installed doesn't matter as long as you don't run the DUJ before both are updated to 25.1.0, hence the cross dependency between the two product versions.

      Hope this helps!

      • Upgraded the SLM and Inventory. Ran the DUJ but got below error.

Violation of PRIMARY KEY constraint 'PK_invtblLoginUserClient'. Cannot insert duplicate key in object 'inv.tblLoginUserClient'. The duplicate key value is (340, 351472, 2025-11-08, 3, 1). [SQLSTATE 23000] (Error 2627) The statement has been terminated. [SQLSTATE 01000] (Error 3621).

        Hi @Jayasankar

This is a known issue and is reported and being worked on by the dev teams. Please raise a ticket for this with support so that they can connect this to SQ-18816.

        Best,

        Sebastiano
