Does anyone have experience metering or managing think-cell licenses? This is a PowerPoint add-in, so the "last used" date shows the last time they opened PowerPoint, not necessarily using the add-in.
Any suggestions on how you reclaim or manage think-cell licenses would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Snow meters only user processes. As far as I know, the plugin dll does not create its own process. A software usage measurement is therefore not possible here.
