How is Risk Monitor (Snow Analytics) enabled?
This article explains basic information about how the Snow Analytics module is enabled on a platform.
The solution is enabled via the preexisting Snow License Manager key. Once the purchase of the solution has been completed, the Snow Update Service runs a check, and if successful, it will pull the update to the Snow License Manager Application server.
For this process to be achieved, the following three URLs have to be able to resolve successfully:

https://scs.snowsoftware.com/api
https://devsnowanalytics.blob.core.windows.net/upload/Test.html?st=2019-02-13T15%3A03%3A53Z&se=2020-02-14T15%3A03%3A00Z&sp=r&sv=2018-03-28&sr=b&sig=hXg4z%2B3fgrK/82SYVUHmebZMBH5NBQbeK3%2BlR9Io7SM%3D
The account running the Snow Update Service has to have permissions to write to the Windows Registry, this is to write an authentication token to allow data to be uploaded.
For this process to be achieved, the following three URLs have to be able to resolve successfully:
