Export the snowagent.config file
You can export the snowagent.config file without gathering a Snowpack from a machine. This may be needed if Flexera Support requests the file or if you are requesting a new Snow Agent package and need to provide your existing snowagent.config file as a template.
You do not need to generate a Snowpack in this case. You only need to provide the snowagent.config file.

Open Snow Inventory Server Console.

Go to Configurations. The console lists all current configurations used in your estate.

Select the row for the configuration you want to export.

Click Export to file.

Save the file as
snowagent.config. -
Open the file to verify the
snowagent.configfile. -
Upload the file for Support to review.
