Enabling IIS failed request tracking
Snow Support may ask you to enable Failed Request Tracking in IIS to help diagnose issues loading the Snow License Manager web UI. This allows Support to see further into the communication that IIS is attempting to create and if any of these might have failed.
Steps to enable IIS failed request tracking enabled, are provided in the Microsoft guide:
If the Failed Request Tracking option is not available in IIS, you may first need to enable it in Windows Features > Internet Information Services > World Wide Web services > Health and diagnostics > Tracing.
Once enabled please leave running until you have reproduced the issue of concern. Once the issue is noted please collect the logs from the path " %SystemDrive%\inetpub\logs\FailedReqLogFiles"
