How To: Send Support my Snow Integration Manager (SIM) Aggregation

In order to assist with investigation into issues with the Snow Integration Manager (SIM) Snow Support may need to request an aggregation to be sent to them via a zip file. Below are instructions to assist you in the preparation of the file.

Start Snow Integration Manager and navigate to 'Inventory file handling'-tab.
Select 'Save to local Inventory Server' and change the 'Inventory incoming & announcement folder' to a local path (Please keep note of the current settings).
Press 'Apply' in bottom right corner.
Navigate to 'Connector Options'-tab.
Select the 'Aggregate Selected' Button and a manual aggregation is started.
When aggregation is complete, Snow Integration Manager has populated the folder you specified in previous steps with .inv files.
Please .ZIP these files and attach them to your Support case. View list of support cases.
IMPORTANT: Navigate back to 'Inventory file handling'-tab, and revert back to the original settings.
