How to: Change Snow Management and Configuration Center accounts
You wish to change the passwords and/or roles of an account within Snow Management and Configuration Center
- Snow License Manager (SLM) 9.x
- Snow Management and Configuration Center (SMACC)
- Navigate to your Snow License Manager server and launch Snow Management and Configuration Center
- Login with an account with administrative rights
- Navigate through the menu on the left SLM > Security > Users
- Select the user account you wish to modify and select Edit User
- Check the Change Password checkbox and then provide a new password and confirmation, proceed to check password never expires and/or user must change at next logon as desired
- Once completed, click OK to confirm the changes and finish the process
NOTE: Please note that if you require the administrator password to be reset due to lost credentials please raise a case with Snow support
